摘 要:作为新能源汽车中最核心的部分,电池约占整个车辆总成本的30%,其性能对车辆的行驶里程、行驶安全等有很大的影响。在最近几年的市场利好推动下,新能源汽车的销量很大,所以在电池市场中,新能源汽车对电池的需求量也一直维持着高速增长态势。随着新能源汽车的快速发展,新能源电池也慢慢出现了大规模更新替换的回收热潮。据不完全统计,中国到2025年,新能源汽车报废的电池数量将达到80万吨。废旧电池中存在有重金属、氟化物、有机溶剂和塑料薄膜等毒性污染物,对环境的影响极大,且治理费用高。由此可见,对新能源汽车电池回收行业的污染情况进行及时治理非常重要。As the most core part of new energy vehicles,the battery accounts for about 30% of the total cost of the entire vehicle,and its performance has a great impact on the vehicle's driving range and driving safety.Driven by the favorable market in recent years,the sales volume of new energy vehicles is very large,so in the battery market,the demand for batteries of new energy vehicles has also maintained a rapid growth trend.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,new energy batteries have slowly emerged a large-scale renewal and replacement of the recycling boom.According to incomplete statistics,by 2025,the number of batteries scrapped for new energy vehicles in China will reach 800 000 tons.There are toxic pollutants such as heavy metals,fluoride,organic solvents and plastic films in waste batteries,which have a great impact on the environment and the treatment cost is high.It can be seen that it is very important to timely control the pollution of the new energy vehicle battery recycling industry and develop effective measures to solve the problem of new energy battery pollution.
