摘　　要：在钢铁生产中,小焦炉被广泛应用于冶金焦的生产中,因其操作简单、能够生产高质量的冶金焦,近年来受到越来越多的关注。文章旨在探索如何利用小焦炉试验数据来指导生产过程,以达到提高焦炭质量和降低生产成本的目的。首先介绍了小焦炉试验的基本原理和方法,其次研究了小焦炉试验数据的分析与应用,最后探究了小焦炉试验数据指导焦炉生产的作用价值,借助小焦炉试验数据的指导与应用创新来提高焦炭质量和降低生产成本。In the steel production,small coke oven is widely used in the production of metallurgical coke,because of its simple operation,can produce high quality metallurgical coke,has attracted more and more attention in recent years.This paper aims to explore how small coke oven test data can be used to guide the production process in order to improve coke quality and reduce production costs.First,the basic principles and methods of small coke oven test are introduced.Then,the analysis and application of small coke oven test data are studied.Finally the value of small coke oven test data to guide the production of coke oven is explored.With the guidance of small coke oven test data and application innovation to improve coke quality and reduce production cost.
