摘 要:对有毒有害气体进行检测是保护人员生命健康、国家及个人财产安全、生产及生活环境等的重要手段,是包括石油化工、煤矿生产、市政设施、环境保护等多个行业的日常重要工作项目。对于不同有毒有害气体,要根据其危害作用的物理、化学特性,选择与之原理相对应的各类传感器技术实施检测,同时还需关注成本、精度等要求。现阶段在实际生产现场中普遍应用的气体检测技术,基本采用催化燃烧式、电化学、半导体、光离子化等体积小、实用性强的气体传感器。文章全面分析不同传感器技术的特点及未来的发展前景。The detection of toxic and harmful gases is an important means to protect personnel's life and health,national and personal property safety,production and living environment,and is a daily important work project in multiple industries,including petrochemical,coal mine production,municipal facilities,environmental protection,and so on.For different toxic and harmful gases,various sensor technologies corresponding to their harmful effects should be selected for detection based on their physical and chemical characteristics,while also paying attention to requirements such as cost and accuracy.At present,gas detection technologies commonly used in actual production sites mainly use small and practical gas sensors such as catalytic combustion,electrochemical,semiconductor,and photoionization.This paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of different sensor technologies and their future development prospects.
