摘　　要：夹套管是化工设备中一种具有防水套构造的特殊管道,也是在石油化工生产中所使用的保温管道。夹套管的主要特点是可以维持管中的流体输送,在运输过程中高效地防止流体出现凝固现象,并且可以迅速调整温度。夹套管的独特设计使其在石油化工的具体应用中呈现出显著效果,并在化工生产中具备良好的前景,因此文章对夹套管管道的配管设计在化工装置中的具体应用进行了探讨。The jacketed pipe is a special pipe with a waterproof jacket construction in the chemical equipment,and is also a thermal insulation of pipe used in petrochemical production.The main feature of the jacketed pipe is that it can maintain the fluid transport in the pipe and can more efficiently prevent the fluid from solidifying in the process of transportation,and the temperature can be adjusted quickly.The unique design of the jacketed pipe makes it show significant effect in the specific application of petrochemical industry,and it has a good prospect in chemical production.Therefore,this paper will discuss the specific application of the piping design of jacketed pipe in chemical plants.
