摘  要:冶金焦是高炉炼铁过程中的主要原料之一,其质量直接影响炼铁的效率和质量。而焦末是焦化过程中产生的一种细小颗粒的焦炭,其含量越高,冶金焦率越低,对炼铁过程会产生负面影响。文章首先介绍了焦化行业中焦末对冶金焦率的影响,以及现有的焦末处理方法和存在的问题。接着,结合实际生产情况,提出了通过控制焦末筛分量提高冶金焦率的方法。通过优化焦末处理流程和改进筛分设备,将焦末筛分量控制在合理范围内,从而减少焦末含量,提高冶金焦率。文章通过分析,验证了控制焦末筛分量提升冶金焦率的可行性和有效性。实际应用表明,通过合理控制焦末筛分量,可使冶金焦率提高1~2个百分点,进而提高炼铁效率和质量,降低生产成本,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。Metallurgical coke is one of the main raw materials in the process of blast furnace ironmaking,and its quality directly affects the efficiency and quality ofironmaking.The coke end is a kind of fine particle coke produced in the coking process.The higher the content,the lower the metallurgical coke rate,which will have a negative impact on the ironmaking process.This paper first introduces the influence of coke end on metallurgical coke rate in the coking industry,as well as the existing coke end treatment methods and existing problems.Then,combined with the actual production situation,the method to improve the metallurgical coke rate by controlling the amount of coke screening.Specifically,by optimizing the coke end processing process and improving the screening equipment,the coke end screening amount is controlled within a reasonable range,so as to reduce the coke end content and improve the metallurgical coke rate.The article verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of controlling the amount of coke powder sieve to improve metallurgical coke yield through analysis.Practical applications have shown that by reasonably controlling the content of coke powder sieve,the metallurgical coke rate can be increased by 1-2 percentage points,and then improve the efficiency and quality ofiron making,reduce the production cost,with significant economic and social benefits.
