摘  要:文章应用Aspen Plus模拟氯硅烷并流双效精馏流程,并进行了能耗和操作优化分析。其结果表明,并流双效精馏流程相较于传统单塔流程节能44%。另外,由模型的灵敏度分析可知,可以通过改变高低压塔运行压差以及科学的进料分配来优化塔系操作。In this paper,the co-current double-effect distillation process for chlorosilanes was simulated using Aspen Plus software,and energy and operational optimization analyses were conducted.The results show that the co-current double-effect distillation process saves 44% more energy compared to the traditional single-tower process.In addition,sensitivity analysis of the model indicates that tower system operations can be optimized by changing the operating pressure difference between the high and low pressure towers and by scientifically allocating feed.
