摘  要:该项目是海洋石油工程股份有限公司智能化建造场地建成投用以来开工建造的首个项目,依托预制车间的智能化设备、“三喷四涂”的喷涂车间、预舾装/预总装/总装场地、SPMT运输小车及900 t龙门吊、DIMS系统等优势资源,对于打破传统海洋石油平台陆地建造模式,提高总装效率,将起到引领及示范作用。在预舾装、预总装阶段,通过各专业不断优化提升,涌现出多种总装提效的优秀做法,为更好的总结总装提效的良好经验、分析不足、提升改进方向,文章在结合数据、措施等通过对比的基础上,深入分析总装提效成果与不足,为后续类似4 000 t平台的陆地建造提质增效提供丰富的可借鉴经验,实现总装提效再上新台阶。This project is offshore oil engineering company limitedoffshore oil engineering company limited the first project started since the intelligent construction site was completed and put into use.Relying on the intelligent equipment of the prefabrication workshop,the “three spray and four paint” spray workshop,pre-outfitting/pre-assembly/assembly site,SPMT transport car and 900 t gantry crane,DIMS system and other advantageous resources,it can break the traditional onshore construction mode of offshore oil platforms and improve the assembly efficiency.Will play a leading and exemplary role.In the pre-outfitting and preassembly stage,through the continuous optimization and improvement of various majors,a variety of excellent practices of general assembly efficiency have emerged.In order to better summarize the good experience of general assembly efficiency improvement,analysis of deficiencies,and improvement direction,the paper analyzes the results and shortcomings of general assembly efficiency improvement based on the comparison of data and measures.It provides rich experience for the subsequent land construction quality and efficiency improvement of similar 4 000 t platforms,and achieves a new level of final assembly efficiency improvement.
