摘　　要：作为中国特色社会主义事业的重要保证,党的建设一直是各行各业的重要工作。在科研院所中,基层党支部团队文化建设是促进科技创新和科研工作发展的重要方面。科研工作的特殊性和复杂性,使得科研人员需要具备高度的组织力和团队凝聚力。团队文化建设在提高党支部组织力和凝聚力、促进党员思想认同和团队合作等方面具有重要意义。然而,在实践中,一些科研院所基层党支部团队文化建设仍存在一些问题。文章从科研院所基层党支部团队文化建设的角度出发,分析其重要性、存在的问题及解决思路,并提出了几个注意事项。As an important guarantee for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Party building has always been an important work for all walks of life.In scientific research institutes,the construction of the grassroots Party branchs team culture is an important aspect to promote the development of scientific and technological innovation and scientific research work.The particularity and complexity of scientific research work require scientific researchers to have a high degree of organizational strength and team cohesion.The construction of team culture is of great significance in improving the organization and cohesion of the Party branchs,promoting the ideological identity and team cooperation of the Party members.However,in practice,there are still some problems in the team culture construction of the grassrootsthe Party branches in some scientific research institutes.This paper analyzes the importance,existing problems and solutions from the perspective of the team culture construction of the scientific research institute,and put forward several aspects of attention.
