摘 要:根据《中华人民共和国计量法》《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》规定,在中华人民共和国境内从事向社会出具具有证明作用的数据、结果的检验检测机构均应通过资质认定,而建立管理体系是检验检测机构申请资质认定的前提条件。文章按照CNAS-CL01:2018《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则》、RB/T 214—2017《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》、RB/T 215—2017《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价食品检验机构要求》的标准,通过介绍和说明实验室管理体系的四级架构,帮助食品药品检验检测机构建立一套完整、稳定、可持续的管理体系。According to the“Measurement Law of the People’s Republic of China”“The People’s Republic of China Certification and Accreditation Regulations”,any inspection and testing institution within the territory of the People’s Republic of China that is engaged in providing data and results of a probative function to the Society Shall Pass qualification accreditation,and the establishment of management system is the prerequisite for inspection and testing organizations to apply for accreditation.This article according to the standards of CNAS-CL01:2018“Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”,RB/T 214—2017“The evaluation of the qualification of inspection and testing institutions,the general requirements of inspection and testing institutions”,RB/T 215—2017“The evaluation of the qualification and the qualification of inspection and testing institutions,the requirements of food inspection institutions”,the four-level structure of laboratory management system was introduced and explained to help food and drug testing organizations to establish a complete,stable and sustainable management system.
