摘  要:以宁夏煤业400万吨/年煤炭间接液化示范项目为例,气化炉的重点监控参数中热损的变化对气化炉运行影响变化尤为突出。热损主要体现在水冷壁系统,该系统是防止因形成的致密熔渣层所产生的热应力冲击气化炉内壁而起到保护作用,气化炉的水冷壁系统挂渣是否形成渣层及渣层的厚度均决定热损的大小,热损越高、水冷壁挂渣越少,越容易烧损设备。Taking the 4 million tons/year coal indirect liquefaction demonstration project of Ningxia Coal industry as an example,the change of heat loss in the key monitoring parameters of gasifier has a particularly prominent impact on the operation of gasifier.The heat loss is mainly reflected in the water cooling wall system,which protects the inner wall of gasifier from the impact of thermal stress generated by the dense slag layer formed.Whether the hanging slag of the water-cooled wall system of the gasifier forms a slag layer and the thickness of the slag layer both determine the size of the heat loss.The higher the heat loss,the less hanging slag of water-cooled wall,the easier it is to burn the equipment.
