摘 要:笔者以纳米二氧化钛(TiO_(2))为光催化剂,制备纳米二氧化钛光催化涂层液,并采用喷涂的方式制备可见光光催化陶瓷板,探究其对室内空气中甲醛的去除效果。采用粉末X射线衍射仪(XRD)和场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米二氧化钛及可见光光催化陶瓷板结构性质进行表征。探讨了涂层中二氧化钛含量、光照强度、光催化时间等对陶瓷板催化去除室内空气中甲醛的影响。实验结果表明,纳米二氧化钛均匀分布在涂层中,同时纳米二氧化钛涂层具有良好的耐洗刷性能,适当次数的洗刷有利于提高光催化性能;另外,涂层中二氧化钛含量、光照强度、光催化时间对室内空气中甲醛的光催化效率起到正向作用。由以上结果可知,本研究制备的可见光光催化陶瓷板涂层具有良好的耐久性并且具有优异的可见光光催化性能。In this paper,nano titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))was used as photocatalyst to prepare nano titanium dioxide photocatalytic coating solution,and visible light photocatalytic ceramic plate was prepared by spraying,to explore the removal effect of formaldehyde in indoor air.The structure and properties of nano-sized tio_(2) and visible light photocatalytic ceramic plates were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD)and field emission scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of titanium dioxide content,light intensity and photocatalytic time on the removal of formaldehyde from indoor air by ceramic plate were investigated.The experimental results show that the nano-TiO_(2) coating is evenly distributed in the coating,and the nano-TiO_(2) coating has good washing resistance,and the appropriate number of washing is beneficial to improve the photocatalytic performance.In addition,the content of titanium dioxide in the coating,light intensity and photocatalytic time have a positive effect on the photocatalytic efficiency of formaldehyde in indoor air.According to the above results,the visible light photocatalytic ceramic plate coating prepared in this study has good durability and excellent visible light photocatalytic performance.
