摘 要:笔者研究的目的在于利用红外热成像技术对陶瓷酒瓶进行无损检测,以替代传统的人工检测方式,实现精准大批量的陶瓷酒瓶缺陷检测。研究证明,只需进行微小的温度改变,酒瓶的热传导效应就能产生具有温度差的图像,实现红外热成像检测。本次研究使用了FLIR X8501sc红外热成像系统,对存在微小裂缝的陶瓷酒瓶进行检测,并与对照组及裂缝形态进行对比。实验结果表明,温度越高,温度差异的分布越明显,红外检测裂缝的形状越精确。即使热分布会受到陶瓷酒瓶形状的影响,但是不会影响到对裂缝的检测。此外,热红外检测也能够检测到裂缝的相对深度,具有非常广泛的应用前景。The purpose of this study is to perform a non-destructive inspection of ceramic wine bottles using infrared thermography instead of traditional manual inspection methods to achieve high-volume defect detection with accuracy.This study shows that by performing only small temperature changes,the heat transfer effect of wine bottles can create images of temperature differences,enabling infrared thermographic inspection.In this study,a FLIR X8501sc infrared thermography system was used to detect ceramic wine bottles with small cracks and compare them to the control group and the crack pattern.The experimental results showed that the higher the temperature and the more pronounced the temperature distribution,the more accurate the infrared detection of the crack shape.Despite the shape of the ceramic bottle affecting the heat distribution,it did not affect the detection of cracks.Furthermore,thermal infrared detection can detect the depth of cracks,which is highly promising in a wide range of applications.
