摘 要:天线弹簧展开驱动轴是天线展开机构传动系中的关键部件,其结构强度与工作性能的好坏直接影响到天线弹簧展开驱动轴的工作可靠性。因此,笔者建立了两种工况下驱动轴的计算公式;并且详细计算了两种工况下弹簧驱动装置中驱动轴的扭矩,同时也针对两种工况对驱动轴的弯扭合成强度进行了详细的校核计算。研究结果表明,冲击工况下,轴1受到的扭矩和支撑力较大,分别为24.21 N·m和1542.1 N,发条轴受到的支撑力最小,分别为310.9 N和113.2 N,所设计的驱动轴的强度满足安全性能要求。The antenna spring deployable drive shaft was a key component in the transmission system of escapement mechanism,and its structural strength and working performance directly affected the working reliability of the antenna spring deployable drive shaft.Therefore,the calculation formula of the drive shaft under two working conditions was established in this paper,and the torque of the drive shaft in the spring drive device under the two working conditions was calculated in detail,meanwhile,the combined bending and twisting strength of the drive shaft were also checked calculation in detail for the two working conditions.The research results show that under the impact condition,the torque and support force of shaft 1 were larger,which were 24.21 N·m and 1542.1 N,respectively,and the supporting force of the clockwork shaft was the smallest,which was 310.9 N and 113.2 N,respectively.The strength of the designed drive shaft satisfied the safety performance requirements.
