加速的“数字劳工”:新媒体中的捆绑、异化与突破

摘　　要：数字时代创造了新的希望和尊严,但也产生了“数字劳工”的问题和挑战。数字社会中新媒体的使用是一种必然,将社会加速批判理论与“数字劳工”相结合,借助加速逻辑以判断“数字劳工”的现状,发现“数字劳工”在新媒体的使用中呈现了显性加速与隐性加速的复杂面相。新媒体是当下“数字劳工”的主要使用工具,由此引申出对“数字劳工”的加速原因讨论。一方面,新媒体与劳工个体形成三层捆绑关系,分别是“前台”呈现的捆绑、被迫同步的捆绑、虚实界限的捆绑,它们使得个体劳动过程加速;另一方面,新媒体与劳动社会紧密联系,创建出新的劳动场景,导致社会空间、时间异化,使得社会劳动过程加速。为突破“数字劳工”的加速困境,需要通过良好的劳动关系、和谐的劳动环境、合理的媒介控制来实现减速的对冲。The digital age has created new hope and dignity,but it has also created the problems and challenges of“digital labor”.The use of new media in the digital society is inevitable.By combining the critical theory of social acceleration with“digital labor”and evaluating the current situation of“digital labor”with the help of acceleration logic,it is found that“digital labor”presents a complex aspect of explicit acceleration and implicit acceleration in the use of new media.New media is the main tool of“digital labor”at present,which leads to the discussion on the reasons for the acceleration of“digital labor”.On the one hand,new media and individual workers form a three-layer binding relationship,namely the binding presented by the“front”,the binding forced synchronization,and the binding of the virtual and real boundaries,which accelerates the individual labor process.On the other hand,the new media is closely connected with the labor society,creating a new labor scene,leading to the alienation of social space and time,and accelerating the social labor process.In order to break through the accelerating predicament of“digital labor”,it is necessary to realize the deceleration through good labor relations,harmonious working environment and reasonable media control.
