染发剂对蚕豆根尖细胞的遗传毒性研究

摘　　要：通过蚕豆根尖微核实验研究市售染发剂及其两种主要成分对苯二胺和双氧水的遗传毒性。实验结果表明,在4种市售染发剂诱导作用下,蚕豆根尖细胞均有有丝分裂指数下降,微核率增大,脂质过氧化浓度增大的趋势;随着对苯二酚和双氧水浓度的增大,蚕豆根尖微核率均为先增大后减小,其质量浓度和质量分数分别为150mg/L和3%时,MCN最大,对应值为(16.83±2.4)‰和(17.74±2.71)‰,MDA也达到峰值,分别为(3.68±0.42)μmol/g和(3.87±0.37)μmol/g,MDA与MCN存在显著相关性,两种化学物质都对蚕豆根尖细胞产生明显的毒性作用。The genotoxicity of commercial hair colorant and its two main components,p-phenylenediamine and H_(2)O_(2),were studied by the vicia faba root tip micronucleus experiment.The experimental results showed that the mitotic index of vicia faba root tip cells decreased,the micronucleus rate increased and the lipid peroxidation concentration increased under the influence of four commercially hair colorants.With the increase of p-Phenylenediamine and H2 O 2 concentrations,the micronucleus rate of vicia faba root tip increased first and then decreased.When the corresponding concentrations were 150 mg/L and 3%respectively,MCN reached the maximum,corresponding values were(16.83±2.4)‰and(17.74±2.71)‰,and MDA also reached the peak,were(3.68±0.42)μmol/g and(3.87±0.37)μmol/g,respectively.There was significant correlation between MDA and MCN,and both of the two chemicals had obvious toxic effects on vicia faba root tip cells.
