摘 要:油页岩与棉秆的共热解在高效转化油页岩和利用农业废弃物方面具有潜在的应用价值。本文采用热重红外联用(TG-FTIR)技术,对吉木萨尔油页岩和农业废弃物棉秆秸秆进行了共热解特性研究。主要考察棉秆加入量对吉木萨尔油页岩失重特性、失重速率及挥发分析出演变行为的影响。结果表明,棉秆的加入能够显著促进油页岩的热解,使油页岩解程度加深。油页岩和棉秆质量比为1:3时,实际失重率相较于理论值降低了1.42%。失重速率较理论值增加0.19%/min。棉秆和油页岩共热解过程存在一定的协同效应。共热解逸出产物中H_(2)O和C-H键强度相较于单独热解明显减少。The co-pyrolysis of oil shale and cotton stalks has the potential for efficient conversion of oil shale and utilization of agricultural waste.The co-pyrolysis characteristics of Jimusaer oil shale and cotton stalk coal are investigated by using TG-FTIR technology.The weight loss,the rate of weight loss,the conversion rate and volatile releasing behavior of pyrolysis are studied.The results show that the addition of cotton stalk significantly promotes the pyrolysis of oil shale and deepens the pyrolysis degree of oil shale.The actual weight loss decreases by 1.42%compared to the theoretical value.The weight loss rate increases by 0.19%/min compared to the theoretical value at the oil shale and cotton stalk ratio of 1:3.During the co-pyrolysis,the releasing of H_(2) O and C-H bonds is significantly reduced compared to that of individual pyrolysis.
