摘  要:经济的快速发展离不开对煤炭资源的需求。随着科技发展,我国煤矿开采设备也在不断升级,在所有开采设备中,液压设备应用最为广泛。由于液压设备系统目前并不完善,故障较多,且液压设备在煤矿的复杂环境下工作,系统的元件和油液易受污染,同时也面临着其他因素带来的问题,因此容易发生故障。文章在液压系统常见的故障分析基础上,总结维护液压系统的措施。The rapid development of economy is inseparable from the demand for coal resources.With the development of science and technology,China's coal mining equipment is also constantly upgrading.Among all mining equipment,hydraulic equipment is the most widely used.Because the hydraulic equipment system is not perfect at present,there are many faults,and the hydraulic equipment works in the complex environment of coal mine,the components and oil of the system are easily polluted,and at the same time,it is also faced with problems brought by other factors,so it is prone to faults.Based on the analysis of common faults of hydraulic system,this paper summarizes the measures to maintain the hydraulic system.
