摘 要:钢渣由于活性较低、易磨性差、安定性不良问题,导致其在建材领域使用受限。物理激发处理可起到提升钢渣活性,降低安全隐患的作用。通过对粉磨设备、粉磨时长、助磨剂添加等不同影响因素对粉磨效果的影响进行研究。结果表明:使用卧式水泥球磨机进行钢渣粉粗磨,最佳粗磨时长为1h;使用立式行星球磨机进行钢渣粉精磨,最佳粉磨时长为粗磨1h后精磨1h。添加助磨剂对钢渣粉磨进行辅助可达到较好的助磨效果,钢渣细度可较大程度降低;添加助磨剂后,通过提高粉磨时长在一定时间范围内,可起到进一步降低钢渣粒径的作用。The use of steel slag in building materials is limited due to its low activity,poor grinding susceptibility and poor stability.Physical excitation treatment can serve to enhance the activity of steel slag and reduce safety hazards.The effects of different influencing factors such as grinding equipment,grinding duration,and grinding aid addition on the grinding effect were studied.The results showed that the optimum time for coarse grinding of steel slag powder using horizontal cement ball mill was 1 hour;the optimum time for fine grinding of steel slag powder using vertical planetary ball mill was 1 hour for coarse grinding,followed by 1 hour for fine grinding;the addition of grinding aid to steel slag grinding can achieve a better grinding aid effect,and the fineness of steel slag can be reduced to a greater extent;after adding grinding aid,by increasing the grinding time within a certain time range,it can play a further reduce the role of steel slag particle size.
