贸易便利化对出口二元边际的影响研究——来自“一带一路”沿线国家高新技术产品出口的经验证据

摘　　要：出口二元边际是中国新时期优化出口结构的重点,推动贸易便利化是经济全球化的必要进程。本文构建了贸易便利化影响出口二元边际的理论分析框架,应用CEPII数据库实证分析了贸易便利化对出口二元边际的影响。研究发现:(1)贸易便利化显著影响集约边际和扩展边际的提升,且对扩展边际的促进作用强于集约边际。(2)贸易成本和技术溢出是贸易便利化影响出口二元边际的重要渠道,表现为贸易便利化通过成本效应、竞争效应、规模效应和知识溢出效应影响企业行为,进而促进出口二元边际的扩张。(3)在亚洲区域,贸易便利化对集约边际的影响作用更强,而相较亚洲国家,贸易便利化对扩展边际的促进作用对中东欧国家更为显著。此外,贸易便利化对中高、中低收入国家出口二元边际的促进作用强于高收入水平国家。本文丰富了贸易便利化相关领域的文献,同时为我国未来的贸易扩张路径提供了经验启示。The export binary margin is the focus of China’s export structure optimization in the new era,and the promotion of trade facilitation is a necessary process of economic globalization.This paper constructs a theoretical analytical framework of trade facilitation affecting the export binary margin and empirically analyses the impact of trade facilitation on the export binary margin by applying the CEPII database.It is found that:1)trade facilitation significantly affects the enhancement of the intensive margin and the extensive margin,and the promotion effect on the extensive margin is stronger than that on the intensive margin;2)trade costs and technology spillovers are important channels through which trade facilitation affects the export binary margin,which is manifested in the fact that trade facilitation influences the behaviors of enterprises through the cost effect,competition effect,scale effect and knowledge spillover effect,and thus promotes the expansion of the export binary margin;3)in the Asian regions,the impact of trade facilitation on the intensive margin is stronger,while compared with that of Asian countries,the promotion effect of trade facilitation on the extensive margin is more significant for Central and Eastern European countries.In addition,trade facilitation promotes the export binary margin more strongly in high and lower-middle-income countries than in high-income countries.This paper enriches the literature in the field related to trade facilitation and provides empirical insights into the future paths of trade expansion in China.
