摘  要:在多轴钻床中,比较先进的是数控多轴钻床,数控多轴钻床能够适应多种形式的钻孔,但是数控多轴钻床存在造价高、故障率高、伺服电机或变频器等配套零件售价高、轴间距过低需要先后钻孔等缺点。对于需要大批量生产的铸造件,为了降低生产成本就需要对主轴轴间距进行改变。文章对轴间距和主轴组合的实践路径进行研究,这对多轴钻床结构的紧凑性和设计的灵活性有一定的参考价值。Among multi-axis drilling machines,the CNC multi-axis drilling machine is more advanced,which can adapt to various forms of drilling.However,the CNC multi-axis drilling machine has disadvantages such as high cost,high failure rate,high price of supporting parts such as servo motor or variable-frequency drive,and low axis spacing that requires drilling in sequence.For castings that need to be mass-produced,the main axis spacing needs to be changed in order to reduce the production cost.This paper studies the practical path of axis spacing and main axis combination,which has certain reference value for the compactness of multi-axis drlling machine structure and the flexibility of design.
