摘　　要：目的探讨中医食疗联合盆底功能锻炼对自然分娩产妇盆底功能恢复的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2022年9月入院的126例自然分娩产妇,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组63例。对照组行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医食疗联合盆底功能锻炼,比较2组产妇盆底功能恢复情况。结果观察组康复治疗总有效率、盆底肌收缩能力高于对照组(P<0.05),盆底功能影响问卷简表(PFIQ-7)评分、盆底障碍功能调查表(PFDI-20)评分、不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医食疗联合盆底功能锻炼对自然分娩产妇盆底功能的恢复有积极作用,可减少盆底功能障碍风险及其对产妇生活造成的负面影响,改善盆底肌收缩能力。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine food therapy combined with pelvic floor function exercise on the recovery of pelvic floor function in women with natural delivery.Methods A total of 126 parturients with natural delivery admitted from January 2022 to September 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine food therapy combined with pelvic floor function exercise on the basis of the control group.The recovery of pelvic floor function was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and pelvic floor muscle contraction ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of PFIQ-7,PFDI-20 and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine food combined with pelvic floor function exercise has a positive effect on the recovery of pelvic floor function,can reduce the risk of pelvic floor dysfunction and its negative impact on maternal life,and improve the contractile ability of pelvic floor muscle.
