摘　　要：介绍全国老中医药专家毛红教授运用“以柔克刚”理论论治老年慢性便秘学术经验。中医学对治疗慢性便秘有着丰富的理论及临床实践经验。毛红教授立足于多年的临床实践结合中医古今文献研究,古方新用,经方配用,提出慢性便秘之疾辨证关键为首重脾胃,脾胃虚弱是慢性便秘最主要的病因,运用“以柔克刚”的理念辨证施药,创制出经验方“参芪润肠汤”,临床疗效显著。Academic experience of Professor Mao Hong,a national traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,in the treatment of senile chronic constipation with the concept of overcoming firmness by gentleness was introduced.Traditional Chinese medicine has rich theoretical and clinical practice experience in the treatment of chronic constipation.Professor Mao Hong,based on years of clinical practice and combined with the study of ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine,puts forward that the syndrome differentiation key to chronic constipation is spleen and stomach,and deficiency of both spleen and stomach is the main cause of chronic constipation.Shenqi Runchang decoction was created by using the therapeutic concept of“overcoming firmness by gentleness”,the clinical effect is significant.
