刘爱民教授丹栀逍遥散合通窍活血汤辨治肝郁血瘀型斑秃经验

摘　　要：随着现代生活、工作压力的增大,越来越多的中青年罹患斑秃,情志因素是斑秃发病的重要因素。刘爱民教授是河南省名中医、博士研究生导师、第七批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,运用中医药辨治斑秃有丰富的临床经验,他认为中青年斑秃患者发病原因主要为情志因素,其基本病机为肝郁气滞、湿热瘀阻毛窍,从而导致脱发,辨证多属于肝郁血瘀型,辨治时以丹栀逍遥散合通窍活血汤加减,临床收效颇佳。此文从病因病机、辨治方法、组方用药、验案分析等方面对刘爱民教授辨治肝郁血瘀型斑秃的经验进行总结。With the increasing pressure of modern life and work,alopecia areata patients are mostly young and middle-aged.Emotional factors is important factors in the incidence of alopecia areata.Professor Liu Aimin,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Henan Province,doctoral supervisor,the seventh batch of national traditional Chinese medicine experts academic experience inheritance work instructor,has rich clinical experience in the treatment of alopecia areata.He believes that the main cause of alopecia areata in young and middle-aged patients is emotional factors,The basic pathogenesis is liver depression and qi stagnation,dampness-heat and blood stasis blocking hair orifices,which leads to alopecia.Syndrome differentiation mostly belongs to the type of liver depression and blood stasis.In the treatment,Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction has a good clinical effect.This paper summarized Professor Liu Aimin's experience in treating alopecia areata of liver depression and blood stasis type from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment methods,prescription and medication,and case analysis.
