摘　　要：黄斑水肿会导致患者视力下降、视物变形,严重影响患者生活质量。中医药在黄斑水肿辨证论治中独具特色,五苓散作为张仲景所创经方,已被广泛应用于临床,并在眼科疾病的治疗中疗效显著。文章将从糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜静脉阻塞、内眼手术、葡萄膜炎等引发的黄斑水肿作为研究主体,探讨其病因病机、辨证要点及如何运用五苓散化裁治疗。Macular edema can lead to vision loss and vision distortion,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine is unique in the dialectical treatment of macular edema,and Wuling powder,as the formula created by Zhang Zhongjing,has been widely used in clinical practice and has a remarkable effect in the treatment of ophthalmic diseases.This article will discuss the etiology,syndrome syndrome points and how to use Wuling powder to discuss the causes and mechanisms of macular edema caused by diabetic retinopathy,retinal vein obstruction,inner eye surgery,uveitis,etc.
