摘　　要：目的观察橘皮竹茹汤治疗脾胃湿热型胆汁反流性胃炎(BRG)的临床疗效。方法将61例患者随机分为对照组30例,观察组31例,对照组采用莫沙必利片联合铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗;观察组在此基础上加用橘皮竹茹汤。对比2组临床症状积分、胃镜下胆汁反流改善情况、胃黏膜胆汁酸浓度水平的变化。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胆汁反流改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胆汁酸浓度水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论橘皮竹茹汤治疗脾胃湿热型BRG临床疗效较显著,可改善患者中医证候,减轻患者胃镜下胆汁反流严重程度,降低患者胃黏膜胆汁酸浓度水平。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jupi Zhuru decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with spleen-stomach dampness-heat type.Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into the control group of 30 cases and the observation group of 31 cases.The control group was treated with mosapride tablets combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate chewable tablets.The observation group was additionally treated with Jupi Zhuru decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom scores,the improvement of bile reflux under gastroscopy,and the level of gastric mucosal TBA were compared between the two groups.Results The score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bile acid concentration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jupi Zhuru decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis with spleen-stomach dampness-heat type,which can improve the main TCM syndrome,reduce the severity of bile reflux under gastroscopy,and reduce the level of gastric mucosal TBA in patients.
