摘　　要：目的观察三香止痛散治疗小儿功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法将2020年6月—2022年6月巨野县人民医院收治的功能性腹痛患儿78例随机分为对照组(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予三香止痛散治疗,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、腹痛程度、腹痛持续时间、腹痛发作频率及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组各项证侯积分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛程度、腹痛发作频率低于对照组,腹痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三香止痛散可改善功能性腹痛患儿中医临床症状,缓解腹痛程度,减少腹痛发作频率和持续时间,提升临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanxiang Zhitong powder in treating functional abdominal pain in children.Methods A total of 78 children with functional abdominal pain admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Sanxiang Zhitong powder on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score before and after treatment were observed.The degree of abdominal pain,duration of abdominal pain and frequency of abdominal pain before and after treatment were recorded.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the syndrome scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The severity and frequency of abdominal pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the duration of abdominal pain was shorter(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanxiang Zhitong powder can improve the clinical symptoms of functional abdominal pain in children,relieve the degree of abdominal pain,reduce the frequency and duration of abdominal pain,and improve the clinical effect.
