千金苇茎汤治疗支气管扩张临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨千金苇茎汤对支气管扩张患者中的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年3月就诊的支气管扩张患者60例,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各30例,其中前者采用常规治疗、后者采用常规治疗联合千金苇茎汤治疗。对比2组各项指标变化。结果对比2组临床总有效率,观察组有效率明显更高(P<0.05);2组治疗后中医证候各项评分、炎性因子水平降低,且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后肺功能水平升高,且观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论千金苇茎汤加减治疗支气管扩张效果显著,可改善患者临床症状及肺功能,降低机体内的炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qianjin Weijing decoction in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchiectasis admitted to Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional treatment,30 cases)and the observation group(conventional treatment combined with Qianjin Weijing decoction,30 cases)according to random number table method.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total clinical effective rate of the two groups,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and the levels of inflammatory factors were decreased in two groups,and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The level of lung function in two groups was increased after treatment,and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion Qianjin Weijing decoction has relatively good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis,which can improve various clinical symptoms such as cough and lung function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body.
