调脊通督针刺法联合耳穴贴压治疗颈心综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨调脊通督针刺法联合耳穴治疗颈心综合征的临床疗效。方法选取湖北省中医院(光谷院区)2020年1月—2021年12月治疗的76例颈心综合征患者,随机分为调脊通督组和常规针刺组,每组38例。2组患者每周均治疗4次,连续治疗8周,对比2组患者临床效果;比较2组患者治疗前后VAS评分、焦虑自评量表评分结果变化。结果2组患者治疗后VAS评分均改善,调脊通督针刺组对疼痛的缓解优于常规针刺组(P<0.05);调脊通督组临床总有效率高于常规针刺组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组的焦虑评分量表评分均降低,且调脊通督组低于常规针刺组(P<0.05)。结论调脊通督针刺法联合耳穴治疗治疗颈心综合征安全有效,疗效优于常规针刺法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing in the treatment of cervical heart syndrome.Methods A total of 76 patients with cervical heart syndrome treated in Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Guanggu Hospital)from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture group and routine acupuncture group,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated 4 times a week for 8 weeks,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.VAS score and self-rating anxiety scale score of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results VAS scores of both groups were improved after treatment,and the pain relief of Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture group was better than that of conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anxiety score scale of 2 groups were decreased,and Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture group was lower than that of routine acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoji Tongdu acupuncture combined with auricular points is a safe and effective way for the treatment of cervical heart syndrome.
