雷火灸联合康妇炎胶囊加头孢呋辛钠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究雷火灸联合康妇炎胶囊加头孢呋辛治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果。方法选用随机数字表法将78例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各39例。对照组给予康妇炎胶囊和头孢呋辛钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用雷火灸治疗,2周后比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分和免疫因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^(+)含量及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值均高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8^(+)含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合康妇炎胶囊加头孢呋辛钠可改善慢性盆腔炎患者临床症状,提高疗效,其作用机制可能与调节细胞免疫有关。Objective To explore the clinical effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with Kangfuyan capsule and cefuroxime in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuyan capsule and cefuroxime sodium,while the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks,the clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and immune factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the CD4^(+)content and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the CD8^(+)content was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Kangfuyan capsule and cefuroxime sodium can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the curative effect.The mechanism of action may be related to the regulation of cellular immunity.
