中药外洗联合加巴喷丁及血液灌流对尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药外洗联合加巴喷丁及血液灌流对尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的临床疗效。方法选取80例患有尿毒症进行血液透析并同时伴有皮肤瘙痒的患者,随机分为2组。对照组采取血流灌注及加巴喷丁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中药外洗,观察2组的疗效及皮肤瘙痒评分、瘙痒视觉模拟量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分、血生化指标及炎症因子等。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的皮肤瘙痒评分、VAS评分及PSQI评分、血生化指标、炎症因子较对照组均改善(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗联合加巴喷丁及血液灌流对尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine external washing combined with gabapentin and hemoperfusion on skin pruritus in patients with uremia.Methods A total of 80 patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis accompanied by pruritus were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with blood perfusion and gabapentin,and the observation group was combined with Chinese medicine external washing on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,skin itch score,itch visual analog scale score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index score,blood biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin itch score,VAS score,PSQI score,blood biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors in observation group were significantly improved compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine external washing combined with gabapentin and hemoperfusion has better therapeutic effect on skin pruritus in uremia patients.
