更年安汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨更年安汤联合芬吗通治疗围绝经期综合征(PS)的临床效果及对相关激素水平的影响。方法选取泰和县妇幼保健院2019年6月—2021年2月收治的PS患者80例,依据随机数字表法分为C组与O组,每组40例。C组给予芬吗通治疗,O组在C组基础上给予更年安汤。对比2组的治疗效果、激素水平的变化。结果O组总有效率高于C组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、LH均较治疗前下降,且O组低于C组;E2、AMH水平均较治疗前升高,且O组高于C组(P<0.05)。结论更年安汤联合芬吗通可改善PS患者的激素水平,临床疗效良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Gengnian’an decoction combined with fenmatong on perimenopausal syndrome(PS).Methods 80 patients with PS admitted to Taihe County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into group C and group O according to the random number table,with 40 patients in each group.Group C was treated with fenmatong,and group O was treated with Gengnian’an decoction on the basis of group C.The therapeutic effect and hormone level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group O was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH and LH in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and those in group O were lower than those in group C.The levels of E2 and AMH were higher than those before treatment,and those in group O were higher than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Gengnian’an decoction combined with fenmutong can improve the hormone level of PS patients,and has good clinical effect.
