基于阳化气阴成形理论探讨青白散痰搽剂在白癜风治疗中的应用

摘　　要：基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论阐述白癜风的发病机制,认为其形成乃阳不足气化无力,不可化阴为气,进而影响阴的凝聚成形,肌肤脉络不充失于濡养而出现白斑。青白散痰搽剂内含辛温之品,以温热之性促阳气化生,进而促进精血津的正常循行和输布,使白斑得以复色,且青白散痰搽剂作为外用制剂,具有直达病所、起效快、不良反应小,患者易于接受等优势,临床应用具有广阔前景。Based on the theory of“transforming yang into qi,and yin into entities”,the pathogenesis of vitiligo is explained,and it is believed that the formation of vitiligo is due to insufficient yang vaporization and inability to transform yin into qi,which further affects the condensation and formation of yin,and the skin veins are not lost in caring and white spots appear.Qingbai Santan liniment has the function of warming yang and dispersing qi and promoting the condensation of blood and body fluid.It can make the white spot color.In addition,as a topical preparation,Qingbai Santan liniment has the advantages of direct access to the disease,quick effect,less side effect and easy acceptance by patients,and has broad prospects for clinical application.
