探讨痔的中医发病机制

摘　　要：痔是肛肠科最常见的疾病之一。近年来,由于生活水平的提升,痔的发病率越来越高,已严重影响到患者的生活质量,而中医在痔的治疗上有着得天独厚的优势。此文通过查阅与痔相关的文献,对痔的中医药治疗方法进行了整理和归纳,介绍了内治法和外治法的主要分类和方法。其次,基于痔的病因学假说和病理生理变化介绍了痔的现代机制研究进展,同时,通过了解古籍文献总结了痔的中医病因病机,并在现代病因学研究中得到了证据支持,为痔发病机制的进一步探索提供了思路,也对临床提高痔的诊疗具有重要的意义。Hemorrhoids are one of the most common diseases in anorectal department.In recent years,the incidence of hemorrhoids has become higher and higher due to the bad lifestyle,which has seriously affected the quality of patients’life.While Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of hemorrhoids.By reviewing the literatures related to hemorrhoids,the traditional Chinese medicine therapy for hemorrhoids are firstly summarized,which including the main classification and therapies of internal and external hemorrhoids.Secondly,based on the etiological hypothesis and pathophysiological changes of hemorrhoids,the research progress of the modern mechanism of hemorrhoids was introduced.Moreover,reading the ancient books and documents to summarize the etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoids in traditional Chinese medicine theory,and it has been supported in modern etiological research,which provided ideas for further exploration of the mechanism,also remained great significance to improve the clinical prevention and therapy for hemorrhoids.
