中和浴足方在糖尿病足护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究在中和思想指导下中和浴足方对糖尿病足护理中的临床效果。方法将80例糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中和浴足方,2组均护理2周。比较2组治疗后中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量评分、足部疼痛评分及护理满意度评分。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、生活质量评分、足部疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于中和思想指导下运用中和浴足方在糖尿病足护理中的效果,有助于降低高血糖状态,改善临床症状,缓解足部疼痛,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhonghe foot bath prescription on diabetic foot care under the guidance of Zhonghe thought.Methods 80 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given Zhonghe foot bath on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given 2 weeks of care.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,quality of life,foot pain and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,quality of life and foot pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhonghe footbath prescription can prevent diabetes,help reduce hyperglycemia,improve clinical symptoms,relieve foot pain,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
