基于云平台移动设备在中医护理方案集束化管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价基于云平台的移动设备在中医护理方案集束化管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2021年12月大连市中医医院122名护理人员为研究对象,将其随机等分为干预组和对照组,对照组采用传统管理模式,干预组采用基于云平台的移动设备进行集束化管理,比较2组中医护理方案落实率、护理管理者满意度、护理考核数据统计准确率以及总体工作量。结果对照组中医护理方案落实率明显低于干预组(P<0.01);对照组护理管理者满意度、护理考核数据统计准确率明显低于干预组(P<0.05);对照组管理者总体工作量大于干预组(P>0.05)。结论在中医护理方案集束化管理中运用基于云平台的移动设备能够显著提高护理人员的护理质量,提高护理管理者的工作效率、降低出错率,减轻管理者工作量。Objective To evaluate the application effect of mobile devices based on cloud platform in the cluster management of traditional Chinese medicine nursing programs.Methods 122 nurses in Dalian hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.The control group adopted traditional management mode,and the intervention group adopted cloud platform based mobile devices for cluster management.The implementation rate of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme,satisfaction of nursing managers,statistical accuracy of nursing assessment data and overall workload were compared between the two groups.Results The implementation rate of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan in the control group was significantly lower than that in the intervention group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of nursing managers and the statistical accuracy of nursing assessment data in the control group were significantly lower than those in the intervention group(P<0.05).The overall workload of managers in the control group was greater than that in the intervention group.Conclusion The application of mobile devices based on cloud platform in the cluster management of traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme can significantly improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,improve the work efficiency of nursing managers,reduce the error rate and reduce the workload of managers.
