扎跳类针法研究现状

摘　　要：在临床实践中,以扎跳作为得气客观指标的针法越来越受到关注,相较于传统的酸、麻、胀、重等主观描述性针感,扎跳类针法产生的具有客观性的跳动性针感因为可被直接观察到,而被很多研究者认为可作为针刺得气客观化研究的重要指标。为了解扎跳类针法的临床研究现状,笔者梳理近年来以扎跳作为得气标准的针法,为临床提供参考。In clinical practice,Zhatiao acupuncture technique has attracted more and more attention.Compared with the traditional subjective acupuncture sensations such as acid,numbness,swelling,and heaviness,the muscle movement produced by Zhatiao acupuncture technique can be observed directly,is considered as an important indicator for objective research on arrival of qi by many researchers.In order to understand the current situation of clinical research on Zhatiao acupuncture technique,the author summarized the acupuncture methods,which takes Zhatiao as the standard of arrival of qi in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
