翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法计算机检索知网、万方、维普等数据库,搜集翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫的相关文献,进行资料提取和质量评价后,使用RevMan 5.3进行统计分析。结果翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫的有效率、治愈率、起效时间及治愈时间高于非翳风穴点刺放血治疗(P<0.05);翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫的中医症状积分(FDI评分)低于非翳风穴点刺放血治疗(P<0.05)。结论翳风穴点刺放血治疗急性期周围性面瘫可快速有效改善面神经功能,提高临床有效率及治愈率。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP was searched to collect the relevant literature on the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis by pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17).After data extraction and quality evaluation,RevMan5.3 was used for statistical analysis.Results The effective rate,cure rate,onset time and cure time of pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis were significantly higher than those of non⁃pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score(FDI score)ofpricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis was significantly lower than that of non⁃pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)(P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking and bloodletting at Yifeng(SJ 17)in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis can improve facial nerve function quickly and effectively,and improve clinical efficiency and cure rate.
