尚莉丽教授从脾为后天之本治疗儿童矮身材临床经验

摘　　要：近年来,中医学者提出“矮小症”这一病名,以区别于传统“五迟、五软”类疾病,此主要指达到矮身材诊断标准,且不伴有精神、运动发育迟滞的患者。尚莉丽治疗矮小症或身材偏矮患儿多从“脾为后天之本”入手,脾主运化,为气血生化之源,脾灌四肢,荣四旁,小儿脾常虚,易致气血生化乏源,则生长发育迟缓。以参苓白术散化裁,并随症加减,结合起居养护保健,临床取得较好疗效。In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine scholars have proposed the diagnosis of“dwarfism”to distinguish it from the traditional“five kinds of retardations and five kinds of flaccidity”diseases,which mainly refers to patients who reach the diagnostic standard of short stature and are not accompanied by mental and motor retardation.Shang Lili treats children with dwarfism or short stature from the perspective of“spleen being the foundation of acquired life”.The spleen dominates transportation and is the source of qi and blood biochemistry.When the spleen is perfused into the limbs and around the body,the children’s spleen is often deficient,which is easy to cause qi and blood biochemistry deficiency,and then the growth and development is slow.Shenling Baizhu powder was used to make medicine,and it was added or subtracted according to the symptoms,combined with daily living care and health care,and achieved good clinical effect.
