国医大师王琦体质学说指导淋巴瘤四诊客观化初探

摘　　要：目的基于国医大师王琦体质学说研究淋巴瘤随访期患者的体质分布及客观化四诊资料分布情况,为淋巴瘤的慢病管理及中医药干预的临床研究提供新方法。方法收集江苏省中医院血液科门诊随访淋巴瘤期患者共70例,进行中医体质分类及采用道生四诊仪进行四诊资料的收集,分析入组患者的四诊资料与体质类型分布及其相关性。结果70例患者的体质分布为平和质29例>阳虚质13例>痰湿质12例>血瘀质6例>阴虚质及气虚质各4例>湿热质2例,脉象弦、虚为主。结论淋巴瘤患者体质偏颇以阳虚及痰湿为主,可以为淋巴瘤患者进行中医体质调摄,以恢复其机体阴阳平衡,改善偏颇体质,为指导淋巴瘤患者中医治疗提供了一定的理论基础及参考价值。Objective To study the distribution of constitutions and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis of lymphoma under the guidance of constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine Master Wang Qi in order to provide a new method for the management of lymphoma chronic disease and the clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine intervention.Methods Daosheng traditional Chinese diagnosis instrument was implemented in 70 lymphoma patients from hematology department of Jiangsu province hospital of Chinese medicine to collect their constitution and Chinese medicine diagnosis,then analyze its distribution and correlation between general information such as gender,age,diagnosis and the objectification data.Results The physical distribution of the 70 patients was 29 cases of peace quality>13 cases of yang deficiency>12 cases of phlegm⁃dampness>6 cases of blood stasis>4 cases of yin deficiency and 4 cases of qi deficiency>2 cases of dampness⁃heat quality.The main pulse pattern was stringy and deficiency.Conclusion The constitution bias of lymphoma patients is mainly yang deficiency and phlegm dampness,which can be used to regulate the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine for lymphoma patients,so as to restore the balance of yin and yang of the body and improve the biased constitution,providing a certain theoretical basis and reference value for guiding the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lymphoma patients.
