补中益气汤治疗重症肌无力临床机制研究

摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量黄芪的加味补中益气汤治疗重症肌无力临床机制。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组给予溴吡斯的明联合泼尼松。治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服加味补中益气汤。治疗前后采用美国MGFA疾病严重程度评分表、MG日常生活量表、重症肌无力绝对和相对评分法(ARS-MG)评估。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组;2组治疗后日常生活量表评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组;2组治疗后MGFA评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量黄芪的补中益气汤效果相对较显著,具有价值较高、安全有效的特点,值得在临床上推广。Objective To study on the clinical mechanism of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction with large dose of astragalus in treating myasthenia gravis.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and the control group was given brompyristermine combined with prednisone.The treatment group was given oral modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of the control group.MGFA disease severity Scale,MG Daily Living Scale,absolute and relative myasthenia gravis scale(ARS⁃MG)were used before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group.The score of daily living scale after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the score of daily living scale after treatment in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group;MGFA score of the 2 groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and MGFA score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction with large dose of astragalus is relatively significant,which has the characteristics of high value,safety and effectiveness,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
