当归拈痛汤联合中药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究当归拈痛汤与中药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将98例类风湿关节炎患者分为2组,各49例,甲氨蝶呤片治疗组为对照组,加用当归拈痛汤与中药外敷组为观察组,比较2组临床总有效率、临床症状改善情况、C反应蛋白(CRP)及安全性。结果观察组治疗后临床总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05;关节疼痛、肿胀及活动不利评分均低于对照组,P<0.05;晨僵时间短于对照组,P<0.05;血清CRP水平低于对照组,P<0.05;安全性与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论当归拈痛汤与中药外敷治疗类风湿关节炎效果明显,能缓解患者关节肿痛、晨僵等症状和降低CRP水平,促进关节功能的恢复,是一种可靠疗法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Niantong decoction and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 98 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were divided into two groups,with 49 cases each in each.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Niantong decoction and external application of Chinese medicine.The total clinical effective rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,C⁃reactive protein(CRP)and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of joint pain,swelling and mobility impairment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the morning stiffness time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Serum CRP level was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in safety compared with co trol group(P>0.05).Conclusion Danggui Niantong decoction and external application of Chinese medicine are effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis,which can significantly relieve symptoms such as swelling and pain of joints,morning stiffness,reduce the level of CRP,and promote the recovery of joint function.It is a reliable therapy.
