苓仙健脾止泻汤对轮状病毒肠炎的影响

摘　　要：目的分析苓仙健脾止泻汤辅助消旋卡多曲治疗轮状病毒性肠炎的临床效果,并对患儿外周血免疫功能和肠道菌群变化情况进行观察。方法选取2019年5月—2021年2月信阳市中医院收治轮状病毒性肠炎患儿80例,按随机数字表法分成对照组(39例)与观察组(41例),对照组患儿给予消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗,观察组患儿在此基础上联合苓仙健脾止泻汤治疗。观察患儿治疗期间药物不良反应,分别于治疗前后检测患儿免疫功能指标和肠道菌群状况,评价治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、大肠埃希菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量及免疫功能指标较对照组高,P<0.05,大肠杆菌数量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且观察组不良反应发生率及CD8+抑制性T细胞(CD8+)指标水平较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论在轮状病毒性肠炎患儿治疗期间,采用苓仙健脾止泻汤辅助消旋卡多曲进行治疗能有效改善患儿肠道菌群状况,提高其免疫力,且不良反应发生情况较少,安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Lingxian Jianpi Zhixie decoction assisted racecadotril in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis,and to observe the changes of peripheral blood immune function and intestinal flora in children.Methods A total of 80 children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to Xinyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The children in the control group were treated with racecadutril granules,while the children in the observation group were treated with Lingxian Jianpi Zhixie decoction on this basis.Adverse drug reactions during treatment were observed,immune function indexes and intestinal flora of children were detected before and after treatment,and therapeutic effects were evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,the number of Escherichia coli,Lactobacillus,bifidobacterium and immune function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no difference in the number of Escherichia coli between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and the level of CD8+inhibitory T cells in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion During the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children,Lingxian Jianpi Zhixie decoction assisted racecaddode treatment can effectively improve the intestinal flora of children,improve their immunity,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is less,and has high safety.
