补中益气汤联合盆底康复治疗盆腔脏器脱垂临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤联合盆底康复治疗盆腔脏器脱垂临床效果。方法将78例盆腔脏器脱垂患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组各39例。对照组予盆底康复治疗,试验组同时予补中益气汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,共3个疗程,对比2组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平高于对照组,试验组基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组阴道收缩肌电值、阴道动态压力、阴道收缩持续时间高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合盆底康复治疗盆腔脏器脱垂疗效较好,能有效缓解症状,改善盆底肌力,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.Methods Seventy⁃eight patients with pelvic organ prolapse were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy,and the experimental group was given Buzhong Yiqi decoction at the same time,4 weeks for a course and a total of 3 courses.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of test group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom score of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of insulin⁃like growth factor 1(IGF⁃1)and transforming growth factorβ1(TGF⁃β1)in experimental groups were higher than those in control group,but the levels of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP⁃2)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The electromyography value,dynamic vaginal pressure and duration of vaginal contraction in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation has good curative effect in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,it can effectively relieve symptoms,improve pelvic floor muscle strength,and is worthy of clinical application.
