中药贴敷联合康复训练改善小儿脑瘫下肢运动功能研究

摘　　要：目的研讨中药循经贴敷法联合综合康复训练改善小儿痉挛型脑瘫下肢运动功能的效果。方法选取2019年11月—2020年11月诊治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿100例,通过随机数字表法,将50例实施综合康复训练的患儿纳入对照组,另50例联合中药循经贴敷法干预的患儿纳入试验组。统计2组治疗有效率、肌肉痉挛、运动发育指数、血清因子水平和生活质量。结果试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组干预前肌肉痉挛、运动发育指数、血清因子水平和生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组Ashworth分级、Peabody、IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);血清BDNF、NGF、GDNF、Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痉挛型脑瘫患儿行中药循经贴敷法、综合康复训练干预,可调节患儿的血清水平,改善下肢运动功能,提升生活质量。Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese medicine application combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training on improving lower limb motor function in pediatric spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy diagnosed and treated from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected.50 children with comprehensive rehabilitation training were included in the control group,and the other 50 children with combined intervention with traditional Chinese medicine were included in the experimental group.The effective rate of treatment,muscle spasm,motor development index,serum factor level and quality of life of 2 groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in muscle spasm,motor development index,serum factor level and quality of life between 2 groups before intervention(P>0.05).Ashworth grade,Peabody and IL⁃6 levels in experimental group were lower than those in control group after intervention(P<0.05).Serum BDNF,NGF,GDNF and Barthel indexes were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine application combined with comprehensive rehabilitation training intervention for children with spastic cerebral palsy can regulate the serum levels,improve the motor function of the lower limbs,and improve the quality of life.
