摘 要:目的 探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对高脂血症的药理作用。方法 通过喂食高脂饲料建立高脂血症小鼠模型,将造模成功的小鼠分为模型组(n=12)和药物组(n=12),另12只小鼠予普通饲料作为对照组。药物组小鼠予瓜蒌薤白半夏汤灌胃处理,检测血浆三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)等脂代谢水平,肝组织TC、TG和脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)水平,以及转氨酶水平;HE及油红染色观察肝组织脂质沉积。结果 与模型组相比,药物组小鼠血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、FFA、Hcy水平及肝组织TC、TG水平明显降低,血浆LPL水平显著升高(P<0.05);药物组小鼠血浆及肝组织丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平较模型组显著降低(P<0.05);病理切片显示药物组肝组织脂肪沉积明显减轻。结论 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤可以明显改善高脂血症小鼠的脂代谢水平,为临床高脂血症治疗提供理论依据。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effect of Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction on hyperlipidemia.Methods A hyperlipidemic mouse model was established by feeding a high-fat diet.The successfully modeled mice were divided into a model group and a drug-treated group,where the latter group received Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction via gavage.Plasma levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),apolipoprotein B(ApoB),free fatty acids(FFA),homocysteine(Hcy),as well as liver tissue TC,TG,and lipoprotein lipase(LPL)levels,and transaminase levels were measured.Hepatic lipid deposits were observed through HE and oil red staining.Results Compared to the model group,the drug-treated group showed significant reductions in plasma TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,FFA,Hcy levels,and liver tissue TC,TG levels and significant increase in plasma LPL level(P<0.05).The drug-treated group also exhibited significantly decreased plasma and liver tissue alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels compared to the model group.Pathological sections revealed reduced hepatic fat deposition in the drug-treated group.Conclusion Gualouxiebai Banxia Decoction significantly improved lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemic mice,providing a theoretical basis for the treatment of clinical hyperlipidemia.
