摘　　要：从创新生态系统视角出发,揭示新兴产业颠覆性创新政策组合作用机制。研究发现:创新政策组合通过创新政策战略与创新政策工具组合发挥驱动作用;创新政策战略通过明确创新生态系统演进方向、规划演进路线形成颠覆性创新轨迹;创新政策工具组合则逐层驱动创新生态系统各子系统协同演进,促进新兴产业颠覆性创新全过程实现。This paper explore the effect mechanism for innovation policy mix on disruptive innovation of emerging industry from the perspective of innovation ecosystem.The analysis results show innovation policy mix play driving role in disruptive innovation by innovation policy strategy and innovation policy instrument mix.Innovation policy strategy leads to the formation of disruptive innovation trajectory by clear evolution direction and planning an evolution route of innovation ecosystem.Innovation policy instrument mix rely on the staged leadership of different policy instrument to drive the co-evolution of three sub-system of innovation ecosystem layer by layer,further push the realization of disruptive innovation,include technological change,product entry and market disruptive.
