电针刺激会阴、长强预防前列腺等离子电切术后早期尿失禁的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针刺激会阴、长强两穴对前列腺等离子电切术后尿失禁的预防作用。方法:将120例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组自手术后第一天开始行电针刺激会阴、长强两穴,直至拔除尿管;对照组不行电针治疗,但从术后第一天开始行盆底肌训练,直至拔除尿管;两组患者均于拔除尿管24小时后统计尿失禁发生率,并行ICI-Q-SF及OABSS评分。结果:实验组尿失禁及OAB发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组患者相较于对照组患者尿失禁及OAB发生风险分别下降48%及46.43%;实验组ICI-Q-SF评分及OABSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论:电针刺激会阴、长强两穴能有效降低前列腺等离子电切术后尿失禁及OAB的发生率,减轻尿失禁及OAB的程度。Objective:To explore the preventive effect of electroacupuncture stimulation of Huiyin and Changqiang points on urinary incontinence after plasma resection of prostate.Methods:120patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the experimental group,electroacupuncture was used to stimulate Huiyin and Changqiang points from the first day after operation until the catheter was removed;The control group was not treated with electroacupuncture,but treated with PFMT from the first day after operation until the catheter was removed;After 24h of catheter removed,the incidence of urinary incontinence in the two groups would be counted,and ICI-Q-SF and OABSS scores would be performed.Results:The incidence of urinary incontinence and OAB in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,the risk of urinary incontinence and OAB in the experimental group decreased by 48%and 46.43%;The scores of ICI-Q-SF and OABSS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01and P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture stimulation of Huiyin and Changqiang points can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary incontinence and OAB after plasma resection of the prostate,and reduce the degree of urinary incontinence and OAB.
