景慧玲运用气血两清法治疗儿童银屑病经验探析

摘　　要：银屑病是一种与免疫相关的慢性难治性皮肤病,诱发因素诸多。儿童银屑病患者多具有咽喉部反复感染、扁桃体肿大的特点,景慧玲主任医师认为此与伏邪相关,治疗时使用“气血两清”法,以僵蚕四草汤加减,结合扁桃体烙法,可取得良好疗效。本文旨在介绍景师治疗儿童银屑病经验,以期提供新的治疗思路。附验案一则以佐证。Psoriasis is a chronic and refractory skin disease related to immunity,which is induced by many factors.Most children with psoriasis have the characteristics of recurrent throat infection and swollen tonsils.Chief Physician Jing Huiling be-lieves that this is related to the Fuxie.When treating psoriasis,the method of"clearing both qi and blood"is used,with the addi-tion and subtraction of Jiangchan Sicao Decoction,combined with tonsil cauterization,which can achieve good results.This article aims to introduce Professor JING's experience in treating psoriasis in children in order to provide new treatment ideas.A case is at-tached for verification.
