摘　　要：多皮饮是赵炳南先生治疗慢性荨麻疹的经典方剂,临床疗效显著。以往使用本方多以“辨病论治”为主,而且对于其功效和主治证型各家莫衷一是,同时也缺乏典型的方证特征,这给多皮饮的高效使用造成困难。本文尝试重新分析多皮饮的组成,认为其功效为泻肺清热、行气利水、疏风胜湿,适用于慢性荨麻疹肺热郁闭、风湿蕴阻证,并且总结其方证要点为:口渴、多饮、烦热、汗出、恶热不恶风寒等,希望以此简化辨证流程,提高辨证效率和准确性。Duopi Decoction is a effective and classic prescription from Prof.Zhao Bingnan in treating chronic urticaria.In the past,the doctors use this prescription mainly based on"disease differentiation",and there is an argument on its efficacy and indications between doctors.The lack of typical prescription-syndrome characteristics,which makes it difficult to use Duopi de-coction efficiently.The components analysis of Duopi Decoction showed that Duopi Decoction could purge the lung-heat,dispel the wind and promote Qi,and remove the dampness and excessive fluid.Duopi Decoction was suitable for chronic urticaria with lung-heat stasis with wind-dampness syndrome.The main prescription-syndrome characteristics of Duopi Decoction would be thirsty,drinking a lot,feverish sensation,sweating,aversion to heat but not wind and cold,etc.These characters would help doctors to simplify the syndrome differentiation process,improve the efficiency and accuracy of syndrome differentiation.
