基于虚实同观、一清一补法运用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗郁证的中医理论探究

摘　　要：郁证是指由外感六淫、七情内伤、饮食失宜、劳逸失度等引起的,具有郁滞不通或心情抑郁等表现的一类病证的总称。郁证治疗的难点在于,一方面要清理郁滞,开散郁结,另一方面要补益脏腑,用药上本来存在矛盾点,在开郁的过程中可能损伤脏腑正气,而在补益的时候可能造成郁积的加重。舒肝解郁胶囊创造性的合用贯叶金丝桃和刺五加,相反相须,正中病机。本文将舒肝解郁胶囊治疗验案一例为切入点,从虚实同观、一清一补法的角度探究临床治疗郁证的中医理论依据,为中医药治疗郁证提供新的治疗思路。Depression syndrome is a general term for a class of diseases caused by six external feelings,seven internal inju-ries,improper diet,work and escape degree,etc.,with stagnation or mood depression.The difficulty in the treatment of depres-sion syndrome lies in that,on the one hand,we should clear stagnation and open up stagnation,and on the other hand,we should tonify the zang-fu organs.There are contradictions in the use of drugs,which may damage the zang-fu organs in the process of o-pening depression,and may cause the aggravation of stagnation when replenishing.And Shugan Jieyu capsule creative combination of hypericum transleaf and acanthopanax,on the contrary,the middle of the pathogenesis.This article will treat a case of Shugan Jieyu capsule as the starting point,explore the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of depression syndrome from the perspective of the same view of deficiency and reality,one clear and one supplement method,and provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of depression syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine.
